emma hall fought 4 life but couldnt fight no more she had 4 lovely children who she loved so dearly and a mam and dad who loved her so dearly she passed away at the age of 22 due to a heart transplant wat didnt agree with her it was suddernley all we can say is that she was a lovely mother also daughter and neice pluse a number 1 cus we miss u so much n lv u so much never a day goes by when w dont think about u lv n miss u loads until we meey again darling auntie marie uncle rob n number 1 cus hayley
